Lamborghini Miura Celebrates 40th Anniversary
Lamborghini’s timeless sexpot, the Miura, celebrates its 40th birthday this year, and the celebrations appear to have started without us. Since the launch of its chassis at the Turin Motor Show in 1965 (the body-on version was shown in Geneva in 1966), the Miura has been an underappreciated icon of automotive design. That and a sexy beast whose style and insanely complex drivetrain, sadly (or happily if you’re the one paying for repairs), will never be duplicated.
