Ireland Taking Aim at Hoons?
Ireland’s AA is criticizing the government’s plan to crack down on modified cars beginning in January, saying that a car’s appearance isn’t a direct reflection of the way a driver behaves. The ban affects “unauthorized modifications,” (we’d appreciate commenter mojo’s input here as to what these mods may be), although loud exhaust is specifically mentioned as being verboten.
