Recorded off of a Court TV police chase show, this video is too weird to believe. Dubbed the Ghost Car, the pursued vehicle swerves around for a few miles before dematerializing and reappearing on the other side of a chain link fence. Perhaps an early Halloween preview. Slowing the video down frame-by-frame makes it look like the fence is actually only attached at the top and possibly swung upward as the car pushed through it.
